Ronald David Wilhelm

Ronald David (Doodle) Wilhelm, 67 of Kingwood died Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at Preston Memorial Hospital.

He was born May 9, 1954, in Kingwood, a son of the late Junior Albert and Doris P. Kelly Wilhelm.

Doodle was a loving father, grandfather and brother.  He had worked as a coal miner and for the Local Laborers Union #379.  He loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his son, David Wilhelm and wife, Stephanie of Kingwood; his daughter, Lisa Wilhelm  of Frostburg, MD; his brothers, Joseph Wilhelm and John Wilhelm and wife, Karen; his sister, Mary Brewer and husband, Bill and his seven grandchildren, David, Dayvanice, Serenity, Solomon, Bryson, Adian and Elijah.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Robert, Jr. and a sister, Phyllis Collins.

Family and friends may call at the Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood on Saturday, July 17, 2021 from 3-7 pm.  A Celebration of Life service will begin at 7 pm with Pastor Kelly Gamble officiating.

Browning Funeral Home assisted the family with cremation services.
