Leslie (Pete) Ray Nestor, 85, of Kingwood, died Sunday, December 6, 2020 at Pocahontas Center.
He was born October 27,1935, in St. George, WV, the son of the late Claudius L. and Arizona Hershman Nestor.
He was a loving husband, grandfather and brother. He served in the US Army National Guard. He was a truck driver for Hillside Trucking, he loved hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Pete was Methodist by faith.
He is also survived by wife of 60 years, Patty Nestor, two sons, Clark W Nestor and his wife Angie and Timothy Nestor and wife Carol all of Kingwood. A brother, Richard Nestor; six sisters, Juanita Roy, Janet Bohon, June Turner, Judy Burden, Shirley Nickerson and Mary Boyd; Five Grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Nettie Lipscomb and Thelma Rachel and a brother, Howard Ray Nestor.
Family will receive friends at Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood on Thursday, December 10, from 6-8 pm with a graveside service for close family and friends only at 11am on Friday December 11, 2020 at Sunset Memorial Garden with Pastor Anthony Favro officiating.
