Elizabeth Ann (Miller) Reckart

Elizabeth Ann Reckart, 82, of Terra Alta died Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Pine Ridge with family  by her side.

She was born September 3, 1937, in Albright, a daughter of the late Everett and Lou Sidebottom Miller.

Mrs. Reckart was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.  She was a great cook and loved farming.

She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Reckart of Howesville and Robert Reckart of Terra Alta; a daughter, Emy Livengood and husband, John of Terra Alta; two sisters, Phyllis Miller of Albright and Thelma Baker of Cross Junction, VA; four grandchildren, Kenneth Reckart, Jr., Felix Reckart, Emily Livengood and Hailey Livengood and several great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Everett Reckart, Sr., two sons, Gregory Reckart and Charles Reckart, Jr., her daughter, Mary Elizabeth Reckart, and five brothers, Junior Miller, Everett Miller, Harold Miller, Robert Miller and Donnie Sidebottom.

Family and friends may call at the Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood on Tuesday, March 17 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm where funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at 11 am  with Reverend Ray Frankhouser officiating.  Interment will follow in the Parnell Cemetery.
