Obituary
Dorothy Zoe Cozad, 76 of Kingwood died Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at her residence with family by her side.
She was born November 29, 1945, in Huntington, a daughter of the late Thomas Anthony and Virginia Eloise Shaffer Hall.
Dorothy was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved to cook, shop and craft stores. She had worked at the Olympic Center as a kitchen supervisor.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Cozad and wife, Tara of Kingwood; her daughter, Kimberly Pyles of Newburg; six grandchildren, MaKenna, Peyton, Alyssa, Amber, Amanda and Andrea and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth A. Cozad in 1998 and a sister, Kathy.
At Mrs. Cozad’s request there will be no services at the present time but a memorial service will be announced for a later date. Browning Funeral Home is assisting the family with cremation services.
