William Parks Obituary
William E. (Bill) Parks, 77 of Terra Alta died Friday, April 12, 2019 at Henry Clay Villa, Markleysburg, PA with his family by his side.
He was born March 9, 1942, in Corinth, a son of the late Encil and Margaret Sell Park.
Mr. Parks was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather. He was a block mason and owned his own company, Bill Parks Masonry. He served in the United States Navy and attended the Beatty United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carolyn (Sue) Wilson Parks; his son, Rick Parks and wife, Vicki of Terra Alta; three brothers, Harold Park and wife, Janet, Eddie Park and wife, Sandy and Bob Park and wife, Anna all of Oakland, MD; a sister, Phyllis Redmond of Kingwood; three grandchildren, Shane, Chris and Logan and his fur babies, Lexi and Missy.
He was also preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Keefer and Jane Cosner.
A memorial service will be held at the Beatty United Methodist Church located on the Whetsell Settlement Road, Terra Alta on Saturday May 4, 2019 at 1 pm.
Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood is assisting the family with their cremation service.
