Sylvia Jean (DeWitt) Clark

Sylvia Jean Clark 74 of Kingwood passed away Saturday, May 12, 2018 to be with our Lord and Savior.

She was born November 9, 1943, in Kingwood, a daughter of the late Earl and Letha Uphold DeWitt.

Sylvia was a loving individual and kind to everyone.

She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Robert Clark; two sons, Michael and wife, Eraka and Jay and wife, Maureen;  a daughter, Beth and husband, Danny; a step-son, Robert; a step-daughter, Angelina; nine grandchildren, J. J., Katherine, Jennifer, Kayla, Christopher, Hope, Michael, Nicholas and Chloe; four great-grandchildren, Trevor, Arabella, Remy and Jaxson; her sister, Barbara Stevenson and many nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Caroline, two sisters and six brothers.

Friends may call at the Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood on Monday, May 14 from 4-8 pm  and on Tuesday, May 15, 2018 from 12 noon to 1 pm the funeral hour with Pastors Stanley Waybright and Delbert Lyons officiating.  Interment will follow in the Maplewood Cemetery.
