Marlene Bolyard Obituary
Marlene Lucille Bolyard, 80, of Rowlesburg died Saturday, March 3, 2018 at the Dennett Road Nursing Home in Oakland, MD.
She was born May 20, 1937, in Clarksburg, a daughter of the late John C. and Lucille Hooton Shaffer.
She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church in Rowlesburg, was a beautician and a homemaker.
She is survived by her son, Scott Bolyard and wife, Tammy of Terra Alta, her daughter, Carla Ann Knotts and husband, Barry of Plymouth, IN, 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Bolyard was also preceded in death by her husband, George Harold Bolyard in 2014.
A memorial service will be held at Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood, on Friday, March 30, 2018 at 11 am with Pastor Harold George officiating. Interment will follow in the Maplewood Cemetery in Kingwood.
Mr. John Bolyard would like to invite family and friends for a gathering at Monroe's Restaurant on E. Main St., Kingwood at the conclusion of Mrs. Bolyard's service.
