Joyce Ann (Connell) Montgomery

Joyce Ann Montgomery, 65, of Belle Vernon, PA, formerly of Kingwood died Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at Monongahela Valley Hospital, Monongahela, PA with family by her side.

She was born February 9, 1953, in Elizabethton, TN, a daughter of the late Floyd R. and Dorothy Woodby Connell.

She was a loving mother and sister and worked as an LPN at Sundale Nursing Home.

Joyce is survived by her son, Daune Montgomery of Belle Vernon; her sisters, Diane G. Robinson of Baltimore, MD and Delia Robinson of Essex, MD; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Daune Montgomery and her daughter, Kim Shipley.

Family will receive friends at Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood on Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 4-6 pm, where service will follow at 6 pm.

Cremation provided by Browning Funeral Home and Crematory.
