George Wilhelm Obituary
George W. Wilhelm, 77, of Albright died Friday, July 5, 2019 at J W Ruby Hospital with family by his side.
He was born June 25, 1942, in Albright, a son of the late Dayton A. and Leota Liston Wilhelm.
He was a self-employed carpenter in the construction industry. He loved to socialize with people and was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother and he loved spending time with family.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Phyllis Howell Wilhelm; his daughters, Pamela Schmidle and husband, Carl of Terra Alta and Robin Roy and husband, Tim of Cranesville; his sister, Norma Sanders of Kingwood; five grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Burdette, Earl and Robert H. Wilhelm and two sisters, Mary Reckart and Shirley Wilhelm.
Friends may call at the Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood on Sunday, July 7, 2019 from 11 am to 2 pm the funeral hour with Pastor Joe Lamm officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
