Dorena S. Moats, of Tunnelton, died Monday, October 09, 2006 at her home. She was born February 12, 1934, in Tunnelton, a daughter of the late Arthur Lee and Virginia A. Keller Grimm. She was a member of the New Beginning Assembly of God Church and had retired from Heartland of Preston County where she had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, she was a homemaker and a member of the Colonel Rowan VFW Post Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Dewey James Moats; a son Tracy Moats of Minerva OH; five daughters and spouses, Drema K. and Jeffrey Lee of Minerva OH, Shelia and Allen Conner of Albright, Katrina Moats of Homeworth OH, Cindy Moats of Miami FL and Michelle and Chip Lott of Kingwood; three brothers James Grimm of Sebring OH and Jerry Grimm and Walter Grimm, both of Tunnelton; five sisters Shirley Kitzmiller of Manassas VA and Kay Shannon, Judy Strawser, Linda Rager and Jackie Kelly, all of Tunnelton, seven grandchildren, Dewey, Chris, Nicole, Rachel, Kenneth, Kimberly and Nathan and one great-grandchild, Hunter. Friends may call from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, October 10th at the Browning Funeral Home, 201 East Main Street in Kingwood. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 11th in the funeral home chapel with the Reverend Robert Uphold officiating.
